A community project focused on the Historic Handley Wedding District
Project Detail
Handley Plaza is located on East Lancaster Avenue in Fort Worth Texas and is part of the Handley Historic Wedding District.
Within the Wedding District footprint, a 4-acre parcel will be available for development in the coming years
and the East Fort Worth Creative Placemaking team is working with the community, stakeholders and the City of Fort Worth to
help create a vision for the future Handley Plaza mixed-use space and help create a cohesiveness and better use of the area within the district.
The goal is to help ensure that the needs and culture of the commuity are well-represented in the space.
